    Few things are important when you are a Lantern Imp. There may be a need to lighten up a place or show a few things that hide in the darkness. So, for the most part, it only means that you are free to do anything. Most surprisingly, they love to explore, running around empty halls, dancing, laughing, and burning. "I just saw a lantern rapidly aproaching me, it had legs and arms, and a rope trailed before it.     These large, heavy hounds are faster and more intelligent than they have any right to be. Though they are hunters of opportunity and often stalk animals in their home turf - thick jungles that provide plenty of shadow for them to take advantage of. Smarter prey - like humanoids - means different tactics, and they'll be lured into a disadvantageous position by the alpha. That way, the other members of the pack will have an easy target. Instinct: To hunt and kill

    Ludisian's are a plant based life form which has taken to imitating the humanoid form. The result leaves Ludisian's looking like have light green skins and are clothed in large overlapping leaves. Their demeanor and complex social rules, not to mention the lack of teeth, seem to hint at a gentle creature. In reality the leaves are part of them and conceal the vine like tentacles which are whip out to attack animal pray. Each tentacle is tipped with a hollow spike through which the Ludisian injects digestive juices to liquefy its pray so that its insides can be sucked out. Ludisian's find humanoids an interesting food source and will often attempt to lure them to their doom, via seduction. And while the do not really have a gender they can reshape their bodies for this purpose. In Ludisian society is complex and filled with taboos. One of these is that it is not see to expose ones tentacles, or feed in public. Consequently Hunting and eating is considered a private affair. So while there are at least two Ludisian's around you are probably safe. Instinct: humanoids are just another food source.
