Monsters by Jakob N

  • Double Cat-taur Horde, Tiny
teeth and claws (d4 damage) 3 HP 0 armor
    Hand

this is that photo of the cat sitting behind a mirror that looks like it has two back ends. A small cat-taur, with two sets of front legs (stacked vertically) and two sets of back legs (branching part at the shoulder to create two distinct back-ends.) They organize in loose colonies, much like regular cats do. most colonies will likely scatter or tolerate your presence. sometimes, though, you'll run into a particularly ornery group... Instinct: survive

  • Stag Beast Solitary, Large, Magical, Stealthy, Intelligent, Hoarder, Terrifying
this creature sets traps first and foremost but will attack with horns and claws (d10+2 damage 1 piercing) 20 HP 4 armor
    Reach
Special Qualities: It's that 4 legged furby someone made, good luck describing it

a long, snake-like body propped up on 4 spindly legs with grasping fingers and short, sharp claws that do not retract. It has a flat face, triangular ears, a small beak, and knowing eyes. There is a gem in the middle of its forehead and it boasts a set of antlers that are impressively large for its size. It's tail is nearly as long as it's body. This monster prefers to set traps to protect its burrow. What it does with the poor adventurers who wander in, well... Instinct: to protect at any cost

  • Root Ball Solitary, Large, Cautious, Amorphous
    (d10 damage) 23 HP 3 armor
    Reach, Near

This is a ball of roots from a larger plant-creature that exists elsewhere in The World. It desires to maintain itself and can take simple actions to do so. This is mostly stationary- it is an obstacle, but if you defeat these roots, rest assured: you'll be dealing with the thorns soon enough. Instinct: to drink, as much water as it can manage.
