The Thing in the Well Solitary, Large, Stealthy Dark Tentacles (w[2d12] damage) 16 HP 1 armor Reach, Near "Good morning," the Thing in the Well calls, "And how are we doing this morning Mrs. Westmen?" -- "Just wonderfully. But don't worry yourself, perfectly fine." -- "It's quite alright Thing, I was just thinking I should bring by some lunch. How does a ham sound?" -- "You are too kind Mrs. Westmen, just too kind..." -- The Thing in the Well has lived in the village for longer than anyone can remember. Killer Puppet Solitary, Small, Organized, Construct Toy Weapon (d8 damage) 12 HP 2 armor Close Special Qualities: Look like a harmless toy, Carved from enchanted wood Created by enchanters and sorcerers with a flair for the macabre and dramatic, a killer puppet seems like a harmless child's toy but is in fact a minature golem animated by a minor evil spirit. Surprisingly durable and deadly, it can cause alarming damage with savage attacks from its "toy" armaments. Bound to serve its creator or whoever it is directed to consider its master, it delights in taking license with its orders to cause the most havoc, pain, and terror possible. For many who employ the services of such creatures, this is a feature and not a bug. Often these beings are created in troupes, and where there is one there will often be more. Instinct: Do as commanded
- Kills for its master
- Call puppet troupe

He takes care of the place while The Master is away, and he moves to prevent actions he feels The Master would not approve. The Master generally intends to sacrifice people to his deity "Manos", though sometimes Torgo wants to keep attractive female humanoids to himself. Foul Pixie Horde, Tiny, Stealthy, Magical, Organized, Hoarder, Planar Tiny Trident and Net (d8-2 damage) 3 HP 0 armor Hand, Reach Special Qualities: Flight A tiny humanoid with scintillating wings, a Foul Pixie would be precious if it wasn't so obnoxious. These pests seem to revel in offending and tormenting others. By themselves, Foul Pixies tend to be content with taking advantage of naive individuals taken in by their superficial beauty, but when led by a stronger force or gathered en masse, they can be downright bloodthirsty. They hunt in packs, capturing their prey with faerie nets and tiny tridents. They can also blind others with the irritating dust from their wings, which can also be harvested from the pixie (by shaking them, of course) or used to track the pixie band after an abduction. When they are slain (which they often are), they explode into a cloud of farts and sparkles. Instinct: To aggravate

Light itself bends to his command, allowing him to create perfect illusions, and gold obeys his every command, allowing him to shape it as he pleases (often into elaborate weaponry). Liar Group, Small, Devious, Magical Tongue Lash (d8 damage) 6 HP 0 armor Close, Ignores Armor Special Qualities: Poisonous The Liar is a nasty critter born from dishonest spirits. The body of the Liar is a lumpy sphere fronted with a disturbingly human mouth. It has four arms terminating in stumpy hands, which it uses to climb trees and walls. The main threat is its tongue, which is prehensile, poisonous, and barbed. Surface exposure to the poison causes an irritating swollen rash, but too much exposure around the neck and face can cause suffocation when your airways shut. If you get away alive after being exposed to much of the poison, that larger dose does some nasty things to your brain. Auditory hallucinations, mostly, but potentially leading to murderous paranoia. The first lie the poisoned victim will tell is denying that they've been poisoned. Luckily, the main ingredient in the antidote can be found in a gland inside the Liar. Trying to administer the cure to someone who is convinced you're trying to murder them might be tricky. Instinct: To prey
- Perfectly imitate a voice
- Apply your Liar's Venom
- Ensare with your tongue
- Climb up and out of sight

The Hollow Man Solitary, Large, Intelligent, Hoarder, Magical Slam (d10+3 damage) 20 HP 2 armor Forceful, Reach, Close Special Qualities: Ceramic The Hollow Man is a spirit which takes the form of a large clay statue, crudely approximating humanoid form. It's mouth and eyes are rough holes that emit a dim blue light, and the front of its torso is an opening into its empty interior. The Hollow Man is formed from a greedy soul, and it pursues material wealth to stock its hoard. The fanciest pieces of the collection will be stored inside its body, while others will be strewn about its lair. Instinct: To grow the hoard
- Obsess over a treasure
- Know its hoard
- Pursue what it wants, smashing through all opposition
