Relic Drones can be found throughout the Cinder Expanse, usually within the mysterious ruins that dot that foreboding landscape, but occasionally simply buried under sand or laying inert among the rocks. When a Relic Drone detects sentient life, it awakens and proceeds to hunt down every intelligent life form it can find. Relic Drones are capable of converting almost any organic matter into more of their own, although they only seem to do this to replace lost numbers, or to overwhelm a large enemy force. Instinct: Destroy sentient life.
