    These blood golems incorporated sickening waters with the muddy earth, forming them into tainted spines that can fell even the greatest warriors in a hail of death. Their presence alone sickens and taints all around them they are so suffused. Instinct: To serve

    Crafted from earth, stone, and tainted blood, these denizens are driven to feast upon mortals in hopes of becoming more similar, the price of their success would be unthinkable. Moreover they can be deceitfully difficult to destroy utterly, for power lingers in their fluid forms and this can be utilised by an erstwhile blood mage if they were to accompany them, which is often the case. Instinct: To serve/To feast

    • Devour flesh and blood to become more akin to their victim
    • Make a bloody mess

    The coral snail is one of the creatures that just doesn't seem right. It looks like a leech about the size of a human fist, with a hard coral shell. They're almost amphibious, but they can't be out of the water for more than a day. Their normal diet is composed of eating hard coral and adding the remains to their shell, but they aren't opposed to eating more fleshy creatures. Instinct: to drain
