    Although humanoid in shape, locathahs are clearly more fish than human. The average locathah stands 5 feet tall and weighs 175 pounds. Females and males look very much alike, although the former can be recognized by the two ochre stripes marking their egg sacs. Instinct: Worship Sharlax. Await for his awakening.

    Without a doubt when the Most Humble Merchant arrives in town it's a celebration. He drinks with the Hetman, has candy for the children. Drives hard but fair deals for luxury good. Sure people disappear when he visits, but it's never anyone important and so no one ever really thinks about it. The dirty orphan always underfoot. The spinster always talking of “rights”. That bully of a miller's son. The barmaid with the natural child and so on. People the village is happy to see gone. Instinct: To grow in power though coin or flesh.

    • Bargan away a player advantage.
    • By manipualtion, bribery, or favors summon a detachment of local justice.
    • Disguise one of his crimes.
