    The Voluminous Pony is the only known individual of its type, and aside from a few anomalous behaviors and physical qualities is virtually indistinguishable from its progenitor species, the common Shetland Pony. The Voluminous Pony is typically docile, contenting itself with consuming vegetation of veritably all sorts, displaying no atypical qualities aside from magnitude of appetite. The Voluminous Pony can be approached by any individual and asked to eliminate a living creature, at which point it will cease its inoffensive grazing and travel to the creature named (through means at this point unknown), upon encountering which the Voluminous Pony will consume it piecemeal, irrespective of size. This process is of course invariably fatal. The Voluminous Pony's bite has been known to shear through plate steel, and in one recorded instance was able to affect the ectoplasmic substance of a ghost. There have been no credible accounts of a creature named in the ritual of invocation escaping its fate, thus leading this researcher to brand The Voluminous Pony a Class IV Hazard, to be combated only by those of truly extraordinary strength, cleverness, or mystical affinity.     Special Qualities: Amphibious, kept alive by the wet pool on its head (drying or spilling this pool can cause paralysis or death), can speak fluently and is easily bribed with cucumbers, Unsettlingly polite

    These monsters dwell underwater, and torment humans in any way they can dream up. Frightened parents will often write the names of their children on cucumbers which they then dump in the water. A Kappa finding one of these cucumbers will understand that it is a bribe not to harm the child, and they will usually accept. Most puzzlingly of all, Kappas are obsessed with honor, and they never turn down a challenge or fail to return a bow. This is especially problematic for them since bowing or wrestling can cause their water-pool to spill, killing them. Instinct: To drink blood

    Springing Bite: The Fangslug springs forward with surprising speed to sink its teeth into its victim. (d8 damage) 6 HP 0 armor

    A meter-long, 6cm thick slug with a set of vicious fangs that stay folded inside the mouth cavity until it springs to attack. The fangs are designed to sink into flesh and their barbs to keep them there, allowing the fangslug's razor-toothed tongues to spring forth and flay the meat from its victim. Fangslugs are not generally thought of as intelligent but when hunting in packs seem to be able to work as a single organism. Instinct: to feed
